Congratulations Julie. One of my writing group buddies has a poem – ‘Blue Heron’ in the same issue. So I will see the mag and read your story. I have seen Majorie Crosby-Fairall’s work before and she is incredible. I have a story coming out in June issue of Orbit (only found out date because of recent query over my author name)- I was accepted soon after the SCWBI conference. So thanks for your encouragement and not making me feel like a unemerging writer.
Hi Leigh, Nice to hear from you! Congratulations on your story acceptance 🙂 Hope you are well and finding lots of writing time?
Read your story, Julie. Kate O’Neill left the mag in my letterbox for me. Lovely, gentle story that children who have lost pets will really relate too. Congrats again.
Dear Julie, well done. Lovely news. Anne
